1-9-9-0 INTAKE - Despite the events leading to her Auk Mentar state, she remains stable. Despite possible depression and budding father issues, she does not require treatment currently. Barring any unforseen events, I am setting her next evaluation for 2 years from now.
1-9-9-1-LEO E EVAL - In regards to <INSIDUS FILE: MASKA071991V>, her mental state has required revaluation. Due to misuse of her personal files, her father issues where taken advantage of. The results seem to have deepened her depression, which she tries to mask by focusing on her appearance. Her tribe has been changed and she will require regular check ups and annual evaluations to determine if any further recourse will be needed.
1-9-9-2 EVAL - With therapy she remains stable, despite her lack of an Auk Mentar personality. See <INSIDUS FILE: MASKA071991>. Her depression remains under control. Otherwise she still denies any issues, though her focus on her image remains evident.

1-9-9-9 S EVAL - Her father issues appear to have developed with her body. Her human form, as the one interviews are carried out in, has developed an extremely feminine figure. Her tendency to flaunt her figure extends from her previous issues.

^ Abilities and Skills:
^^ Camouflage: What appears to be white fur is actually closer to that of a polar bear. With focus, she can attune her fur to her surroundings and blend in. Though her focus is not easily broken, she is susceptible to criticism from males about her body.
