1-8-7-8 INTAKE - He displays a lot of bravado and recklessness. However, this may be masking carryover
grief from his human side. If such a legend hadn't recommended him, I don't believe making him an Auk Mentar was advisable.
1-8-7-9 EVAL - Though I still doubt his stability, the Wolf Council continues to support him. He channels his frustrations into drinking and fighting in the arena.
1-8-8-0 EVAL - His negativity seems to have developed into a serious depression. He masks it with his previous habits and developing bitter sarcasm.
1-8-8-1 EVAL - After completing <MUSIL FILE: TOMBSTONE1879U>, he was brought to me for a pre-leave evaluation. He remains in his consistent state of depression. Perhaps this time off will allow him to become more stable or more drunk and unhinged, we shall see.
1-9-2-9 EVAL - More stable, but still suffering from depression, he has requested a delayed reset. He wishes for some space from the humans. The Wolf Council allowed his request, pending this evaluation.
1-9-3-5 EVAL - Rested and refreshed, he returns to us, with a wish to try humanity again. The council agreed with regular evaluations.
1-9-3-6 EVAL - Other than his frustrations after having to switch between forms constantly to save his family from a tornado, he appears to be doing well. His new human personality appears to remain unaware.
1-9-3-7 EVAL - He voices frustrations about his human form's father and having to have his arena winnings converted; all to make up for shortcomings. Otherwise his mental state is stable.
1-9-3-8 EVAL - His human form's father has been jailed and he states a form of relief. He also sates that he is glad he can't communicate with his human self. Next evaluation set for when his human side reaches school age.
1-9-4-1 EVAL - His human side has been observed as of average intelligence. He states that he thinks the kid just isn't applying himself. He also states the kid sings like a girl. Given his stable state, the Wolf Council has scheduled his next evaluation for 5 years from now.
1-9-4-6 EVAL - He recants his previous statement, the kid can apparently sing really well. Again he states that the kid is just not applying himself. He seems frustrated that his human form isn't receiving any kind of weapons. We should keep an eye on this.
1-9-4-7 EVAL - He and his human side are not able to contact each other, but he wishes he could. He states that his human side has secluded himself from the rest of the humans of his age. He blames it on not receiving any guns or training. There seems to be hints of depression emerging.
1-9-4-8 EVAL - His human self has moved again. He complains of the Wolf Council not giving him any more missions. Other than and hints of depression, he is stable.
1-9-4-9 EVAL - He expresses frustration about his human self being a wuss.
1-9-5-0 EVAL - His human side is becoming more stable and so he appears to be getting his depression under control. The Wolf Council has lifted the bar on him competing in the arena, another evaluation in 3 years will decide if he can take on missions again.
1-9-5-3 EVAL - His over all outlook has improved. The Wolf Council has lifted the bar on missions and evaluations as set by request only.
1-9-5-8 EVAL - He is ecstatic, his human form was drafted. He believes this is what he needs to man up. We'll see.
1-9-5-9 EVAL - He appears concerned about his human form's use of drugs as unlike alcohol, may effect his abilities as an Auk Mentar. Though I eased his concerns, this may be something to keep an eye on, given his history.
1-9-7-3 EVAL - To his dismay, his human self's habits have caught up to him. He had to force a stay in Auk Mentar form for 3 days in one event to save himself. The council has barred him from all activities after <INSIDUS FILE: PRESLY1973E>. He is discouraged, but understands the decision. His human self is out of control. The Wolf Council is reviewing his request for rehab and reset.
1-9-7-7 EVAL - Instead of giving him his requested help, due to his human form's fame and influence, he was instead part of <EXPIROS FILE: DIEN1973>. Rehabilitation is now in effect, then his human side will be reset.
1-9-7-8 EVAL - This is such a waste. Why would they do something to someone this dedicated? He barely remains conscious and can not take human form.
1-9-7-9 EVAL - Well, at least he can eat on his own now and appears to be more conscious.
1-9-8-0 EVAL - He is conscious appropriately, but he can not communicate in any meaningful way.
1-9-8-1 EVAL - He can carry about basic communication in echoe only. He has set about retraining his body. It has been guessed that the effects of <EXPIROS FILE: DIEN1973> reduced his Auk Mentar self and obliterated his human self. He has his memory, just not his functions.
1-9-8-2 EVAL - He works hard to rehabilitate himself and grows more and more frustrated. He blames the Wolf Council.
1-9-8-3 EVAL - He can communicate well enough, but still can't take human form. The Wolf Council has requested he take part in another experiment to try to reset his human form.
1-9-8-8 EVAL - <EXPIROS FILE: PHOENIX> was a success. His human form has been successfully reset. The Wolf Council has declared that yearly evaluation is no longer required.
