1-9-9-0 INTAKE - He does not appear to be unintelligent, just inexperienced. We try to communicate and teach him to speak. We mostly fall back to echoe. I want to say that this is similar to the youth of <ARGUS FILE: ARLODIEN>, however a large difference lies in that rhinos have never been known to have the capacity to use echoe like wolves did with <ARGUS FILE: ARLODIEN>. Also the matters of his true age and how he became an Auk Mentar remain unsolvable.
1-9-9-1 T EVAL - His communication skills have improved to about a kindergarten level. He recognizes the concept of a year, however does not know how to count.
1-9-9-2 T EVAL - His communication skills have slightly improved. In the comprehension sense, he can understand vocabulary up to the level of a 2nd grader. His speech however, still relies heavily on grunts and referring to his self in the 3rd person.
1-9-9-3 T EVAL - His comprehensive skills have improved to a 5th grade level, but his speech has not improved.
1-9-9-4 T EVAL - Just as before, his comprehensive skills have improved drastically. He now comprehends at a high school level. His speech level remains unchanged. The Wolf Council has decided that further therapy is unnecessary and he should be putting his full focus into his missions.
